Overview

Braddell Estate Neighbourhood Committee was formed on 1 January 2001 under an initiative by the People's Association aimed at catering to the needs of private estate residents. Committee members are volunteers who live in the area and have offered their services to:

• Promote neighbourliness, harmony and cohesiveness among residents


• Liaise with and make recommendations to governmental agencies on the needs of residents


• Disseminate information and channel feedback on government policies and


• Promote good citizenry among residents

EUP AT BRADDELL HEIGHTS ESTATE

Estate Upgrading Project (EUP) near completion.

Except for some road works being carried out at the Wolskel Road (near the Upper Serangoon Road end), the EUP will be completed by May 2012.

We had our share of inconveniences over the past two years but things are now looking up as we see a rejuvenated estate. Drains have been covered and foot paths laid with granolithic stones, new design lamp posts, street signs, rain shelters with notice boards, etc. There is indeed an air of freshness prevailing in the estate.
